​Mr. Shieh has experiences over 25 years in real estate and chain stores. As Licensed Broker of California, he is the CEO of www.969house.com and www.usasiafg.com franchise consulting company. Mr. Shieh has been representative of Asian markets for many American chain companies. He has been the chief consultant of franchise operation in USA Trade Association in 90s. He arranged the first Chinese delegation of franchise operation to visit International Franchise Association (IFA) and attend International Franchise Exhibition (IFE) in America in 1995. Mr. Shieh founded USA Chain Business Association in Los Angeles on December 22, 2012. He is also the member of International Franchise Association (IFA) and has the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE). Mr. Shieh graduated from National Chengchi University, Institute of Consumer Financial Education, and Concord University.  He also wrote “Employers and New Immigration Law,” and “Introduction to American Franchise System.”

Ms. Theresa Lin

Ms. Lin is the President of Chinese Food Development Foundation in the USA. She is also a famous television host and restaurant critic. She has hosted lots of television programs in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. She is currently hosting radio programs in Los Angeles. Ms. Lin was the Director of Food Design for Ang Lee’s film “Eat Drink Man Woman” in 1994, and the Director of Restaurant Management of “Life of Pi” in 2011.

Mr. Jeffrey A. Brimer

Mr. Brimer is the former vice president, secretary and general counsel of Medicine Shoppe International, Inc., a division of Cardinal Health, Inc., and a former general counsel of HBE Corporation/Adam’s Mark Hotels.

Mr. Eric R. Riess

Mr. Riess focuses his practice on franchise, distribution, and national and international brand and brand development. He also assists buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of brands, businesses, and business units. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive Big Eight accounting and Fortune 500 finance and management experience.

News Channel, news reporter / anchor / host in China TV, Manager / Producer / Host in Super TV, Producer / Vice Manager / Manager / Associate Manager / Director in ETTV (Taiwan) , and Producer / Director of Marketing in ETTV Americas (Los Angeles). Mr. Fan graduated from Chinese Culture University with Bachelor's Degree in Politics / International Trade, and University of Missouri-Columbia with Master's Degree in News / Media Education. He is an expert in market development, analysis and creative marketing design.

She has been the Top Agent in Coldwell Banker Real Estate Company for many years. Ms. Ko graduated from College of Communication in National Chengchi University, Taiwan.

Ms. Wanchan Ohyan
